First Time Home Buyer

So you’re thinking about buying your first home. How exciting but you may find out later that it can be very stressful. That’s a good reason to have an agent like me.  See, the person selling the house pays the commission to both agents.  This means it doesn’t cost the buyer, which means you, a penny to use one. So why wouldn’t you want to find an agent first? Here’s why you should, because they will explain and help you through the entire process.  Things like getting pre-approved for a loan, how much can you afford, making an offer, option periods, option money, inspections, earnest money, down payments, mortgage insurance, home insurance, closing costs, title companies, the list goes on.
